Racey is an informational companion app for fans. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms of Use.

Racey may display schedules, results, standings, statistics, and other race-related data obtained from third-party or public sources. That data may be reformatted or combined for display within the app.

Data accuracy, completeness, and availability are not guaranteed. Timing changes, corrections, or outages may occur.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in a way that interferes with its normal operation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse backend or data services.
• Use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

Notifications and Device Behavior

If you enable notifications, Racey may schedule reminders locally on your device. Notification timing can be affected by iOS behavior, connectivity, time zone changes, device settings, or upstream data changes, so reminders are not guaranteed to arrive at a precise time or at all.
